BleachMe GmbH, Bahnhofstrasse 8b, 6340 Baar (hereinafter referred to as “Provider” or “we”) is the operator of the products “BleachMe” and executor of the service of “BleachMe”. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and observe the requirements of the European Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG) when collecting, processing and using your data. The following declaration gives you an overview of how we guarantee data protection and what kind of data is collected for what purpose.

“Personal data” are all details about your personal or factual circumstances. This includes all information that allows an inference to your identity (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, bank details, etc.)

The collection, storage and processing of personal data is governed exclusively by applicable law. We undertake to handle the data you provide us with responsibly and with the utmost care.

The website Bleachme.ch and our systems are protected by technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution of your data by unauthorized persons. However, despite regular checks, complete protection against all risks is not possible.

3. DATA COLLECTION WHEN VISITING OUR WEBSITE

When using our website for purely informational purposes, i.e. when the user does not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect data that the browser sends to our server (so-called “server log files”). When you call up our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display the website:

4. DATA PROCESSING FOR CONTRACT PROCESSING

To process your order, we work together with service providers who support us in whole or in part in the execution of concluded contracts. Certain personal data is transmitted to these service providers in accordance with the following information. The personal data collected by us will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery as part of the contract processing, insofar as this is necessary to deliver the goods. Your payment data will be passed on to the assigned credit institute within the scope of the payment processing, as far as this is necessary for the payment processing.

5. ANALYSIS TOOLS AND THIRD PARTY TOOLS

* Any person affected by the processing of personal data has the right, granted by the European Directives and Regulations, to obtain at any time and free of charge from the data controller information on personal data relating to him/her and a copy thereof. The European Data Protection Supervisor has also granted the data subject access to the following information:

* the processing purposes

* the categories of personal data processed

* the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular to recipients in third countries or international organisations

* if possible, the planned duration for which the personal data will be stored or, if this is not possible, the criteria for determining this duration

* the existence of a right of rectification or erasure of personal data relating to him or her or of a restriction on processing by the controller or a right to object to such processing

* the existence of a right of appeal to a supervisory authority

* if the personal data are not collected from the data subject: All available information on the origin of the data

* the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, in accordance with Article 22(1) and (4) of the DPA and, at least in these cases, meaningful information on the logic involved and the scope and intended impact of such processing on the data subject

* The data subject shall also have the right to obtain information as to whether personal data have been transferred to a third country or to an international organisation. If this is the case, the data subject shall also have the right to obtain information on the appropriate safeguards relating to the transfer.

* If a data subject wishes to exercise this right of access, he or she may at any time contact an employee of the controller.

Right of rectification:

* Every data subject has the right, granted by the European Directive and Regulation, to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether personal data relating to him or her are being processed. If a data subject wishes to exercise this right of confirmation, he or she may at any time contact an employee of the controller.

Right of cancellation:

* Any person affected by the processing of personal data has the right, granted by the European Directives and Regulations, to obtain from the controller the immediate erasure of personal data relating to him/her, if one of the following reasons applies and provided that the processing is not necessary:

* The personal data has been collected or otherwise processed for purposes for which it is no longer necessary.

* The data subject withdraws his or her consent on which the processing was based pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) DPA or Article 9(2)(a) DPA and there is no other legal basis for the processing.

* The data subject lodges an objection to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1) of the DPA and there are no overriding legitimate reasons for processing, or the data subject lodges an objection to the processing pursuant to Article 21(2) of the DPA.

* The personal data were processed unlawfully.

* The deletion of personal data is necessary to comply with a legal obligation under Union law or the law of the Member States to which the controller is subject.

* The personal data were collected in relation to information society services offered in accordance with Article 8(1) of the DS-GVO.

If any of the above reasons apply and a data subject wishes to request the deletion of personal data stored at BleachMe, he/she can contact a member of staff at any time. The employee will ensure that the request for deletion is complied with immediately.

8. LEGAL OBLIGATION TO PASS ON PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

We would like to point out that we are legally obliged to pass on your personal data to third parties in certain cases (e.g. in the event of criminal prosecution).

Bleachme is only allowed to process accurate data about you. Should you – for example by exercising your right to information – find out that a date about you is incorrect or has become incorrect, we are generally obliged to correct it immediately.

Right of deletion

If you wish your stored data to be deleted, please send us an e-mail to info@bleachme.ch. Please also state your full name.

Right of objection

If you have a legal right to object to the data processing described in this data protection information, we will inform you of this at the appropriate point. You also have the opportunity to exercise your right to object conveniently at the appropriate points.

You have the right to object to (further) data processing if the processing is based on the legal basis “legitimate interest” and if the processing is based on consent.
